Qarapapaq Studios was born in Estonia in 2026 with the aim of bringing a fresh breath to the digital world.

Who we are

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. This site does not use cookies; your language choice is stored only in your own browser. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. If you apply to join us, we also receive the details in the application form, your CV and, if you send one, your video.

Why and on what basis

We use your data only to answer your request. The legal basis is your consent and, where your message concerns working with us, steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). The technical logs kept by our hosting provider are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for up to 24 months after our correspondence ends, unless the law requires longer. Then we delete them.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our form and email, and only as far as their service requires.

Transfers outside the EU

We prefer service providers that keep data in the European Union. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this happens only with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@qarapapaqstudios.com.

Complaints

You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

Do you have to give us your data?

No. Using the form is voluntary, but without your name, email address and message we cannot answer you. The form is meant for adults; if you are under 13, please do not send us personal data.

Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions about you or create profiles from your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change, and we will point out significant changes on the site.

Terms of Service

Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to the paid consulting packages (game, app, AI, SaaS and digital consulting) that you book through this site with Qarapapaq Studios OÜ, registry code 17633554, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. Project work after a consultation is agreed in a separate written agreement.

Booking and payment

After you send the form, we confirm a meeting time and send you an invoice by email. The consultation takes place once the invoice is paid. The Individual price includes VAT; Business and Brand prices are shown without VAT. For businesses with a valid EU VAT number outside Estonia, the reverse-charge rule applies.

Moving or cancelling a meeting

You can move your meeting free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the meeting, we refund the full fee. Later cancellations and missed meetings are not refunded. If we have to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you book as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. If you ask us to hold the consultation within this period, you lose the right of withdrawal once the consultation has been fully provided. If you withdraw after it has started but before it is completed, you pay an amount in proportion to what has been provided.

Deliverables and ownership

The written summary, report and other materials we prepare for you are yours to use freely for your own purposes. Our working methods, templates and general know-how remain ours. Your idea and the information you share stay yours: we keep them confidential and do not use them for our own products.

The nature of our advice

Our recommendations are based on the information you give us and on our professional judgement. They are not a guarantee of commercial results, and they are not legal, tax or investment advice.

Liability

Our liability in connection with a consulting package is limited to the fee you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit, for example in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Fee credit

If you accept our project offer and the project starts within 60 days, the package fee is deducted from the project price.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. We will first try to settle any disagreement with you directly. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that was valid when you booked applies to your booking.
